Restore Missing Tabs in Internet Explorer's Options

9x_ie_missing_tabs.vbs - Restores missing tabs in Internet Options.

Usage: Download 9x_ie_missing_tabs.vbs and save this file to your hard drive. Navigate to where you saved it and double click the file. The script will prompt you when its finished. VBS files can be opened and viewed in Notepad.
