This is a Visual Basic Script file which make the necessary change to your system Registry to re-enable this prompt. This script can be viewed in Notepad or any text editor, as to the specific Registry key and value that are updated. Your antivirus software may report this script as potentially malicious, or a possible virus. This is because the script writes to the System Registry.

To use: Download the ie_password_prompt.vbs file and save it to your hard drive. Double-click the the ie_password_prompt.vbs file. You will be prompted when the operation is complete.

Changes: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
FormSuggest PW Ask to a "no" value.
