Usage: Download regopen.vbs and save this file to your hard drive. Create a shortcut to the VBS file you just downloaded.  Use this shortcut to launch Regedit. The Registry key where Regedit stores its "last visited" key will be cleared, then Regedit will be launched.  This script can be viewed in Notepad or any text editor, as to the specific Registry key and value that are updated.
